If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, we are happy to accept returns for any reason within 30 days.
However, the items must remain in their original condition, unopened, unused and intact.
If the product packaging is already open, we will not be able to accept returns for obvious health reasons.
So, take a closer look at the product in the package – if you are not satisfied, don’t open it, it’s that simple!
Please email us via jbmojze@gmail.com to let us know that you want to return the package and we will provide you with all return shipping information.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charges for defect-free products.
After receiving the package, if the assessed product is intact and unopened, we will provide you with a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

Return Policy – ​​Flawed Products

Our company guarantees product quality and if defects or failures are found, customers have the right to replace the product for free. If the product is discontinued, we reserve the right to replace it with similar products.
To file a warranty claim, just take a photo of the product showing the problem and email it to us at jbmojze@gmail.com. Our team members will respond to your emails within 24 hours and provide solutions.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification of the product. Our company reserves the right to make a final decision on all warranty claims.

Remember that all our products are handmade in small batches, so there may be slight blemishes or small bubbles. In addition, the color of each product will be slightly different.

Refund

So you have placed your order and now decide to cancel your order and get a refund, please do the following!
First, send us your order number via jbmojze@gmail.com and let us know the reasons why you want to cancel your order.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we will refund the full amount via the original payment method.
If your package has been shipped and is being shipped to your location and then you decide you don’t want the product, don’t worry. You must wait for the package to arrive at your location. Then send us an email to request the return shipping information and inform us that the package is being returned. Once the package is returned to us (unopened!!), we will provide you with a full refund, excluding the original shipping fee.
